Dale E. Bennett is a distinguished individual with a multifaceted background, blending a notable military career with legal expertise.

Military Service

Dale served in the United States Air Force for five years, achieving the rank of USAF Captain. During this time, he held the position of Commander for the Titan II Missile Combat Crew within the 308th Strategic Missile Wing and the 373rd Strategic Missile Squadron. In this role, Dale commanded a U.S. Air Force Titan II, Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Combat Launch Crew. The Titan II Missile, renowned as the largest and most sophisticated land-based, nuclear-capable delivery system in the U.S. military defense inventory, showcased his leadership in a critical facet of national security.

Legal Career

Transitioning seamlessly from military service to the legal arena, Dale E. Bennett emerged as an influential figure in the legal community. Notably, he served as the President of the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association from July 2013 to July 2014, contributing significantly to the organization’s success. His dedication to the association continued as he took on the role of KTLA Membership Co-Chairman from 2014 to 2019.

He is an active participant in the KC Metro Bar Association and the KC Metro Bar Association Foundation. He continues to serve with his involvement in theĀ  Military Matters Operating Committee, and donating his legal services to veterans through various organizations.
